Custody advice

To be enjoyed between 8°C and 10°C but serve cooler in summer.

Winemaking

The winemaking process begins with an overnight machine harvest, featuring onboard sorting to ensure only the best grapes are selected. Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes undergo additional sorting before fermentation at low temperatures to preserve their delicate aromas. A light fining process is followed by natural sedimentation for gentle clarification, and the wine is aged for six months to develop its character and complexity.
