Winemaking
The winemaking process starts with an overnight machine harvest, featuring onboard sorting for optimal grape selection. Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes undergo sorting before a cold pre-fermentation maceration. Alcoholic fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and aroma. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, allowing it to develop richness and complexity.
