Colour

Nose
Fresh and very expressive on the nose, its ageing on the lees gives it several aromatic layers: apricot jam, brioche, vine peach and melon.
Palate
Harmonious on the palate, its sweetness and acidity are in perfect balance, and its fine, elegant bubbles give it a creamy texture.

Winemaking
The winemaking process begins with an overnight harvest using a machine equipped with onboard sorting to ensure optimal grape selection. Additional sorting is carried out upon arrival at the cellar. The first fermentation takes place in vats at low temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatics. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation in bottles following the "Méthode Traditionnelle," with an aging period of several months, as prescribed by this time-honored technique.
